A CHP180 must accompany the tow. <br />Emeraencv Personnel: <br />The Fire Department will have personnel on scene for the fireworks. The City's Fire <br />Marshal will have authority for safety of the launch area (Wharf 4) and will be working <br />closely with the pyrotechnic company and personnel on meeting all safety standards. <br />Equipment will also be staged in the area.
