The City Manager is authorized to adopt any changes to the Peninsula <br />Library System Fees that the Peninsula Library System Administrative <br />Council adopts, provided, however, that if such changes are projected to <br />have a negative impact on the City's General Fund in excess of $10,000, <br />the City Manager shall return to the City Council for further direction. <br />6. Resolution 11322 is hereby rescinded in its entirety upon the operative date <br />hereof. <br />7. Resolution 14592 is hereby rescinded in its entirety as of January 1, 2018. <br />8. The fee set forth in Exhibit A, Section 2.a of Resolution 13621 is hereby <br />superseded. <br />9. All fees previously adopted by the Redwood City Library Board are hereby <br />repealed and superseded upon the operative date hereof, except that any <br />fees previously adopted by the Redwood City Library Board relating to <br />Facility Rental Fees shall be repealed and superseded on January 1, 2018. <br />10. If there are any conflicts between the fees adopted in this resolution and <br />fees adopted by any prior resolution or fee schedule, the fees adopted <br />pursuant to this resolution shall take control. <br />11. This activity is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA) as defined in CEQA Guidelines, Section 15378, because it has no <br />potential for resulting in either a direct or a reasonably foreseeable indirect <br />physical change in the environment. <br />12.
