City and MP Bradford Associates, L. P. , a California limited partnership <br /> ("Developer") entered into that certain Disposition and Development Agreement dated <br /> as of , 2017 (the "DDA") concerning the development of certain real <br /> property located in the City of Redwood City, San Mateo County, California and more <br /> particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Property") . A Memorandum of <br /> the DDA was recorded in the Official Records of San Mateo County ("Official <br /> Records") on , 20 as Instrument No. , Book <br /> Page . Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meaning <br /> ascribed to such terms in the DDA. <br /> B. Pursuant to Section 5. 12 of the DDA, the City is required to furnish the <br /> Developer or its successors with a Certificate of Completion upon completion of <br /> development of the Project in accordance with the DDA. <br /> C. The City has determined that the development of the Project has been <br /> satisfactorily completed in accordance with the DDA. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, City hereby certifies as follows: <br /> 1 . Development of the Project has been satisfactorily completed in <br /> conformance with the DDA. <br /> 2. All indemnity, use, maintenance, and nondiscrimination covenants <br /> contained in the Loan Agreement shall remain in effect and enforceable in accordance <br /> with the DDA.
