Emergency shelters would <br />remain as permitted uses in the same locations that <br />exist under the current zoning ordinance. <br />3D Identify Live/Work as a public benefit that would <br />permit projects to qualify for the allowable bonus <br />height provisions, especially those projects that <br />adapt or repurpose existing buildings that provide <br />neighborhood character.
