Abolished Classifications <br />The following classifications will be abolished, as essential duties have been incorporated into the <br />proposed new classifications in Section I: <br />• Customer Support Services Specialist <br />• Recycled Water Specialist <br />• Water Conservation Specialist <br />IV. Certification Pay (MOU Section 15.15.1— Water Employees) <br />Section 15.15.1 of the MOU shall be amended as follows to reflect the new classification <br />structure, and to add Cross -Connection Specialist Certification as eligible for certification pay for <br />the Lead Water Resources Technician classification: <br />Water EmDlovees: <br />This program is intended to provide an incentive for City employees in positions assigned <br />to the Water Division to obtain and maintain certifications above what is required by the <br />job description.
