Code Sect7on 27383 <br />APN:INSERT <br />SHORT FORM DEED OF TRUST AND ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST, made this of 2018 between MP Mosaic Garden <br />Associates, L.P., A CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, herein called TRUSTOR, whose address <br />is 303 Vintage Park Drive, #250, Foster City, CA 94404, Old Republic Title Company, A CALIFORNIA <br />CORPORATION, herein called TRUSTEE, and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, A MUNICIPAL <br />CORPORATION, herein called BENEFICIARY, WITNESSETH: That Trustor IRREVOCABLY <br />GRANTS, TRANSFERS AND ASSIGNS to TRUSTEE IN TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, that <br />property (the "Property") in San Mateo County, California, described as: <br />SHORT FORM DEED OF TRUST EXHIBIT "A" <br />TOGETHER WITH the rents, issues and profits thereof, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the right, power and <br />authority given to and conferred upon Beneficiary by paragraph (10) of the provisions incorporated <br />herein by reference to collect and apply such rents, issues and profits. <br />For the Purpose of Securing: 1. Payment of the indebtedness evidenced by one promissory note of even date <br />herewith, and any extension or renewal thereof, in the principal sum of $1,100,000.00 executed by <br />Trustor in favor of Beneficiary or order. 3.
