04/09/2018 <br />2. The amount of each of the Proposed Fees does not exceed the estimated amount <br />of the reasonable costs required to provide the service for which the fee or service charge is <br />levied. <br />3. The Proposed Fees are hereby approved and adopted. <br />4. City staff is hereby directed to reassess the Proposed Fees in two years and return <br />to this Council with recommendations for any necessary changes in Cannabis Business Permit <br />fees or fee amounts. <br />5. This activity is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />as defined in CEQA Guidelines, Section 15378, because it has no potential for resulting in either <br />a direct or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. <br />6.
