04/23/2018 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City as follows: <br />1. The above recitals are accurate and are incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. The following is a list of projects planned to be funded with Road <br />Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues: <br />FY 2018-19 List of Projects <br />Project Title Fiscal Year 2018-19 Roadway Pavement Management Program <br />Project Locations Chestnut Street, EI Camino Real to Railroad <br />• Warwick Street, Edgewood Road to City Limits <br />• Middlefield Road, Jefferson Avenue to Main Street <br />• Spring Street, Woodside Road to Douglas Street <br />Estimated Useful Project Life 8 to 15 years <br />Proposed Schedule for Completion Fiscal Year 2018-19 <br />Project Description This program addresses ongoing roadway pavement repair and <br />replacement needs. The Roadway Management Program <br />inventories, assesses, and tracks maintenance of the City's <br />roadways. Each year, streets are prepared for resurfacing with <br />crack sealing and spot repairs before being resurfaced with an <br />"overlay," "cape seal," or "slurry seal". In Fiscal Year 2018-19, the <br />City intends to use RMRA funding to overlay the above listed street <br />locations. <br />3.
