RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY 1) APPROVING THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND AWARDING THE STANDARD FORM CONTRACT 00520 FOR THE REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT - SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL PROJECT TO SPOSETO ENGINEERING, INC. OF LIVERMORE, CA FOR THEIR RESPONSIVE AND RESPONSIBLE LOW BASE BID OF $728, 066.40, AND 2) AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT AMOUNT, IF NECESSARY, UP TO 10% OF THE AMOUNT AWARDED, AND 3) FINDING THAT THE PROJECT IS EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) UNDER CEQA GUIDELINES SECTION 15302 (REPLACEMENT OR RECONSTRUCTION), AND 4) APPROVING AN APPROPRIATION AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2017-2018 VARIOUS TRANSPORTATION GRANTS FUND TO INCREASE REVENUES AND EXPENDITURES BY $46, 220.00
