05/07/2018 <br />3. The Addendum was prepared in accordance with all legal requirements, including <br />CEQA Guidelines section 15164. <br />4. The City Council has reviewed and considered the Addendum, the General <br />Plan EIR and other information in the entire record and has considered the information <br />contained therein, including the written and oral comments received at the public hearing on <br />the Project, prior to acting upon or approving the Zoning Ordinance Amendment. <br />5. Based on substantial evidence in the record, the proposed Zoning Ordinance <br />Amendment is within the scope of the previously certified General Plan EIR for the <br />purposes of CEQA. <br />6. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines section 15162(a), there are no new <br />significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously identified impacts and <br />no new mitigation measures are required beyond those identified in the General Plan EIR. <br />7. The Addendum is hereby approved and adopted. <br />8. Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that <br />constitute the record of proceedings upon which the City Council has based its decision are <br />located in and may be obtained from, the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before <br />the City. <br />9.
