The Council of Redwood City shall <br />determine the charges to be made against the Authority for the services of the Controller, <br />such charges not to exceed actual costs to Redwood City for such services.” <br />4. Section 3.3 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />“Section 3.3 Officers in Charge of Property <br /> Pursuant to Section 6505.1 of the Act, the Controller and the Treasurer shall have <br />charge of, handle, and have access to all accounts, funds, and money of the Authority <br />and all records of the Authority relating thereto in accordance with their respective duties <br />and obligations under this Agreement; the Secretary shall have charge of, handle, and <br />have access to all other records of the Authority; and the Manager shall have charge of, <br />handle, and have access to all physical properties of the Authority.” <br />5. Section 6.5 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />“Section 6.5 Maintenance and Operation Fund <br /> All money in the Joint Operating Fund on July 1st next succeeding the operative <br />date of Phase 1 of the Project shall on said July 1st be transferred to and deposited in <br />the Maintenance and Operation Fund. All monies received from any Agency on or after <br />said July 1st in payment of maintenance and operation costs shall be deposited in the <br />Maintenance and Operation Fund. All monies in the Maintenance and Operation Fund <br />shall be paid out by the Treasurer for maintenance and operation costs of the Joint <br />Facilities upon approval of demands for payment by the Manager or the Commission as <br />provided in this Agreement and in accordance with Section 6505.5 of the Act.” <br /> 6. Section 6.6 of the Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />“Section 6.6 Allocation of Bond Interest and Redemption Expenses <br /> The estimated annual bond interest and redemption expenses of the Authority for <br />each component of Stage 1 of the Project shall be allocated by the Authority to the <br />Agencies on the basis of the percentages set forth in Exhibit A hereto. All monies received <br />from any Agency in payment of bond interest and redemption expenses shall be <br />deposited in the Bond Interest and Redemption Fund of the Authority, which is hereby <br />created, and shall be paid out by the Treasurer to pay the principal of and interest on <br />bonds of the Authority issued pursuant to this Agreement.”
