The Division may require corrective work to be performed prior to Project Completion. Any work occurring after the Work Completion Date will not be reimbursed under this Agreement. "Work Completion Date" means the date set forth in Exhibit A that is the last date on which Project Costs may be incurred under this Agreement. "Year" means calendar year unless otherwise expressly indicated. 2.
