10/22/2018 <br />Experience: <br />Five years of increasingly responsible professional -level experience in one <br />or more aspects of financial administration, preferably in local government, <br />which includes at least two years of experience working in project <br />management in a municipal or similar setting. <br />Education: <br />Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major <br />coursework in business administration, finance, accounting, political <br />science, engineering, construction, or a related field. <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California driver's license. <br />PHYSICAL DEMANDS <br />Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office <br />equipment, including a computer; to operate a motor vehicle and to visit various City and <br />meeting sites; maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting, bending, stooping, <br />climbing, walking and standing for prolonged periods of time, occasionally reaching, <br />pushing and pulling drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information, vision to <br />read and interpret materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to <br />communicate in person, and over the telephone. Finger dexterity is needed to access, <br />enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator and to operate standard <br />office equipment. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull <br />materials and objects up to 25 pounds. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS <br />Employees work in an office and field environment with moderate noise levels, varying <br />temperature conditions, and exposure to dirt, dust, and hazardous construction <br />environments including uneven terrain, confined spaces, or heights; travel from site to <br />site.
