RECORDING REQUESTED BY <br />City of Redwood City <br />WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO <br />AND MAIL TAX STATEMENTS TO <br />City Manager <br />City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />APN: 052-341-240 (PORTION) <br />Escrow No. N/A <br />QUITCLAIM DEED <br />THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTOR DECLARES AS FOLLOWS: <br />The undersigned declares that this Quitclaim Deed is exempt from Recording Fees pursuant to California <br />Government Code section 27383 and exempt from Documentary Transfer Tax pursuant to California Revenue and <br />Taxation Code section 11922. <br />THIS QUITCLAIM DEED is made this _ day of 2018, by the City of <br />Redwood City, California ("City") in favor of the County of San Mateo ("County"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. County is the owner and claims ownership in fee of the real property in Redwood City more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit `B" and Exhibit "C" attached hereto and by this <br />reference made a part hereof (the "Property"). <br />B. Pursuant to that certain Resolution No. recorded 2018 in <br />Volume_ of the Official Records of San Mateo County, California ("Official Records") at Page _, City <br />vacated and abandoned a portion of Winslow Street that included the Property. <br />C. City has agreed to formally quitclaim to County any and all right, title and interest it may have in <br />the Property. City does not claim ownership in fee of the Property.
