11/05/2018 <br />RESOLUTION NO.15714 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR EXECUTIVE <br />MANAGEMENT POSITIONS AND AMENDING THE EXECUTIVE <br />MANAGEMENT SUMMARY OF BENEFITS <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Council wishes to approve cost -of -living <br />adjustments for Executive Management positions in the amount of three percent (3%) <br />effective July 9, 2018 and 3% effective July 8, 2019, and <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Council wishes to amend the Executive <br />Management Summary of Benefits. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City's Classification and Salary Plan will be amended to provide for <br />increases to salary ranges as set forth in Exhibits A-1 and A-2. <br />2. The City's Executive Management Summary of Benefits will be amended <br />as set forth in Exhibit B. <br />3.
