11/19/2018 <br />Exhibit "B" <br />2018 Hometown Holidays Celebration <br />Event Summary <br />The activities to be conducted by the DBG are as follows: <br />. The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be from 10.00 AM to 8:00 PM on <br />December 1, 2018 with set up starting at 5:00 AM. <br />The Festival may include: <br />The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by DBG. <br />The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected <br />commercial vendors and local community service organizations. <br />Musical and dance entertainment provided by an array of performers and <br />musicians. <br />A snow lot that will offer children the opportunity to play in manufactured <br />snow. <br />A children's carnival ride area. <br />A children's crafts and entertainment area. <br />Opportunity to take photos with Santa in the History Museum. <br />Community Tree Lighting ceremony. <br />General information booths provided by parade sponsors, contributors, <br />and community service groups. <br />• The annual Parade starting at 4:30 PM. <br />The parade is produced for entertainment purposes and may include decorated <br />floats, marching bands, drill teams, vintage and/or municipal vehicles, civic <br />officials, invited guests, and other children friendly entries as approved by the <br />DGB. As the parade organizers, the DGB may, at their discretion, limit the types <br />and number of entries participating in the parade. <br />Event Details <br />Festival Area <br />The Festival area will include the following streets <br />Broadway from Winslow to Jefferson <br />Broadway from Jefferson to Main <br />Hamilton <br />from Middlefield Parking Lot to Marshall <br />County Center <br />from Hamilton to Middlefield <br />Middlefield <br />from Broadway to Marshall <br />Theatre Way <br />from Middlefield to Broadway <br />Arts & Craft vendor booths will be located on Hamilton, Middlefield and Theatre <br />Way. The snow lot will be on Hamilton. A children's carnival ride area will be Ion <br />County Center. A children's arts and entertainment area will be on Broadway from <br />Jefferson to Main.
