Notice is hereby given that Monday, July 15, 1996, at <br />the hour of 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be <br />heard, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, <br />Redwood City, California, is the time and place set for hearing <br />all persons interested in, or objecting to, the proposed vacation <br />and retention of public service easement. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />post notice of the proposed vacation in accordance with the <br />provisions of Section 8323 of the California Streets and Highways <br />Code, and to publish for two (2) successive weeks prior to the <br />hearing hereinabove set pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />8322 of said Code. <br /> <br /> 4. Resolution No. 12738 entitled, "Resolution of Intention <br />Vacating a 10 Foot Wide Lane and Reserving a 10 Foot Public <br />Service Easement Between Oak Knoll Drive and Hetch Hetch <br />Right-of-Way in the City of Redwood City Pursuant to Part 3 of <br />Division 9, California Streets and Highways Code; Setting Time <br />and Place for Hearing All Persons Interested in or Objecting to <br />the Proposed Vacation; and Ordering Posting of Notice Thereof", <br />adopted April 22, 1996, by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City, is hereby rescinded. <br /> <br /> <br />
