03/25/2019 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15744 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES <br />REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIRE <br />FIGHTERS LOCAL 2400 <br />WHEREAS, the City and the San Mateo County Fire Fighters, International <br />Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2400 have reached agreement on a Successor <br />Memorandum of Understanding for January 1, 2019 — June 30, 2021; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties agreed to amend the salary and wage plan by granting a <br />three percent cost -of -living adjustment effective January 7, 2019, a three percent cost -of - <br />living adjustment effective January 6, 2020, and a three and one-half percent cost -of - <br />living adjustment effective January 4, 2021. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City's salary and wage plan for IAFF employees shall be amended as <br />set forth in Exhibit A. <br />2.
