04/08/2019 <br />Section 2. The Water Fund Capital Projects expenditure budget shall be <br />increased by $3,000,000.00. <br />Section 3. Funds from the Water Operations Fund Capital Projects Budget in <br />the amount of $3,000,000.00 shall be transferred to the Water Fund Capital Projects <br />budget. <br />Section 4.
