08/26/2019 <br />g) Property owner shall pay the fees for any construction permit in connection <br />with all above improvements, and shall pay associated costs for plan review <br />and inspections; <br />h) Property owner shall adhere to all the review comments and conditions <br />of service stated by the City; and <br />i) Property owner shall submit a signed Declaration of Restriction to <br />the City and record it with the County of San Mateo. <br />3.
