09/09/2019 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15797 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION AND <br />SALARY PLAN TO ESTABLISH THE NEW CLASSIFICATION OF <br />HOUSING LEADERSHIP MANAGER <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has requested that this classification be established <br />to meet the current and future operational needs for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the classification specifications as described in Exhibit "A" were <br />prepared by Human Resources staff in consultation with department management, to <br />ensure the foreseeable needs of the organization were met; and <br />WHEREAS, Human Resources staff conducted salary studies and reached <br />agreement with department management on the recommended salary ranges as listed in <br />Exhibit "B." <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct and are hereby <br />incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The City's Classification and Salary Plan is hereby amended to establish <br />the classification of Housing Leadership Manager as listed in Exhibit "A", and as listed in <br />the full salary plan attached as Exhibit "C". <br />3.
