06/27/2016 <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council hereby finds that review of public art by the <br /> City's Public Art Task Force is a beneficial supplement to review of public art by <br /> the Civic Cultural Commission. <br /> SECTION 2. The Public Art Task Force shall review and provide <br /> recommendations to the Civic Cultural Commission prior to the Civic Cultural <br /> Commission perForming its responsibilities pursuant to Sections 45.050 and <br /> 45.110, respectively, of the Public Art Ordinance regarding art work and other <br /> legitimate expenditures funded by the Art in Public Places Fund and art work to be <br /> provided on-site by developers. <br /> SECTION 3.
