EXHIBIT B ATTRa'111 <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO 2010 -1 <br /> (ONE MARINA) <br /> DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES ELIGIBLE TO BE FUNDED BY THE DISTRICT <br /> FACILITIES <br /> It is intended that the District will be authorized to finance all or a portion of the costs of <br /> any of the following improvements to be owned by the District: <br /> 1. Facilities: <br /> a. Any and all District costs, including payment of equivalent dwelling unit (EDU) <br /> fees, associated with the construction of or District financial contribution to any <br /> "AII Zones, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C, or Zone D East 101 Public Infrastructure <br /> Requirements as set forth in the Development Agreement between the City and <br /> the Petitioner, dated February 13, 2008, as amended by the First Amendment to <br /> Development agreement approved by Ordinance No. 2359 of the City (the <br /> "Development Agreement "), including, but not limited to: <br /> • The Blornquist Bridge Extension; <br /> • The Highway 101 pedestrian undercrossing; <br /> • All grading, temporary access roads, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable <br /> water, storm sewer, reclaimed water, natural gas line; communication lines; <br /> electrical facilities; street lights; pedestrian lights; pedestrian walkways; <br /> landscape; signage; paving, curb and gutter; striping erosion control; or <br /> other improvements necessary to construct or reconstruct Bair Island Road <br /> including all planning, design, construction supervision; geotechnical; survey <br /> and overhead design review and inspection fees necessary to complete <br /> same; <br /> • East Bayshore Road Pavement; <br /> • New potable water lines under Highway 101; <br /> • Regional water storage tank including land acquisition; <br /> • Sanitary Sewer pump station; <br /> • Storm Sewer pump station; and <br /> • Any planning, design, review fees, permit, inspection, construction <br /> observation, overhead, as built drawings; and other third party costs to <br /> include entities controlled by a public utilities commission and the Tike <br /> associated with the construction and comp) etion of the facilities ; <br /> b. Any and all facilities to be located within public utility or street easements, which <br /> easements are dedicated to the City or for the benefit of the "public," or flood <br /> control improvements, to include but not be limited to: <br /> • Fill and bank improvements; <br /> • On site parks and appurtenances; <br /> • Boat launches; <br /> Reso # 15102 <br /> MUFF # 506 <br />
