G () 8 S 2 6 <br /> <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY (CRWC) AND REDWOOD CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT (RWCSD) TO <br />PROVIDE FUNDS FOR FY 2007-08 TO SUPPORT REDWOOD CITY FAMILY CENTERS <br />(RCFC). THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT REMAINS THE SAME, JULY 1, 2006 <br />THROUGH JUNE 30,2008, INCREASING THE AMOUNT BY $110,365 TO $217,516, <br />$110,365 IS NET COUNTY COST <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 12, 2006, this Board of Supervisors approved an <br /> <br />Agreement with the City of Redwood City (CRWC) and the Redwood City School District <br /> <br />(RWCSD) to provide funding support to their Redwood City Family Centers (RCFC)for the <br />FY 2006-07 in the amount of $107,151 for the term July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been presented to this Board of Supervisors for its consideration <br /> <br />and acceptance this Amendment to the Agreement, reference to which is hereby made for <br /> <br />further particulars, for the addition of funds in the amount $110,365 for FY 2007-08, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Board has been presented with a form of such Amendment to the <br /> <br />Agreement and has examined and approved it as to both form and content and desires to <br /> <br />enter into the same. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the <br />
