<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Bottomley Design & Planning (BDP) will provide the City of Redwood City with urban design <br />and planning assistance as needed to evaluate and modify various capital improvement and <br />development projects within the city. Initial work shall consist of assistance with: a) design <br />concepts and detailed plans for capital improvements to EI Camino Real, and related <br />coordination and review meetings with city departments and Caltrans; b) review of site <br />development and architectural plans for the Paseo Park development project located adjacent to <br />the City of Redwood City main library; c) review and planning of public spaces in the <br />downtown areas of Redwood City as directed by City staff and d) linkages and pedestrian <br />connections. <br /> <br />Services will be provided on an as-requested, time and materials basis in accordance to the <br />attached fee schedule with a not-to-exceed maximum of $20,000. <br /> <br />ATTY/AGR/2007.073 <br />092107 <br /> <br />7 <br />
