Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> June 3, 1996 <br /> <br />Ms. Joan Jordan <br />Redwood City Art Center <br />2625 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />Re: Art and Antiques on Broadway <br /> <br />Dear Ms. Jordan: <br /> <br />The City Council on XXXX, 1996, authorized me to issue this letter permitting the <br />Redwood City Art Center's "Art and Antiques on Broadway" events in Redwood City, <br />subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. (Resolution #XXXX) <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to the Redwood City Art Center to conduct the "Art <br />and Antiques on Broadway'' events. <br /> <br />This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. Name of Event: The "Art and Antiques on Broadway" events shall be sponsored <br /> and conducted by the Redwood City Art Center-hereafter referred to as the <br /> Permittee. <br /> <br />2, Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the City of <br /> Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Non-transferability: This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be on the 2600 Block of Broadway <br /> and the immediately adjacent block of California Avenue. (Please refer to the <br /> attached map.) <br /> <br />5. Date and Time: The "Art and Antiques on Broadway'' events shall be conducted <br /> every second Sunday of the month, beginning with Sunday June 9, 1996 and <br /> ending on Sunday September 8, 1996. Each event will start at 10:00 AM and end at <br /> 5:00 PM. Set-up will begin at 9:00 AM and the roadway will be cleared by 6:00 PM <br /> on each day. <br /> <br /> <br />
