** The City is scheduled to begin a comprehensive sidewalk repair program in <br /> August in the Broadway Mall. The Broadway Mall includes the area of this event. <br /> Permittee agrees to confer with the City prior to the August and September events <br /> to assure that the safety of the patrons of the event would not be compromised by <br /> the sidewalk repair. If the City determines that a safety risk exists, Permitee shall <br /> not conduct the event in the area under repair as specified by the city. <br /> <br />12. Acceptance: This permit shall not be effective until fully executed by all parties <br /> hereto and accepted by Permittee, and returned to the City. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />Scott D.
