Approve a resolution designating the property located at 2236 Hopkins Avenue <br />as a historic landmark based on the finding that the subject property meets the <br />historic designation criteria, per section 40.6 of the Redwood City Historic <br />Preservation Ordinance as listed below: <br />· The property exemplifies or reflects special elements of the City's cultural, <br />aesthetic or architectural history; and <br />· It is identified with persons or events significant in local, State, or National <br />History; and <br />· It embodies distinctive characteristics of a style, type, period, or method of <br />construction, or is a valuable example of the use of indigenous materials or <br />craftsmanship. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR HISTORIC LANDMARK DESIGNATION OF THE <br />PROPERTY AT 2236 HOPKINS AVENUE <br /> <br />2.
