She stated that she had <br />interviewed Teri Chin, and then read a quote referring to the fact that on any given day <br />a large number of people need shelter that is not available to them. She further stated <br />that she had examined the HOPE program and that we must change the Police policy. <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Aguirre to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. The motion <br />passed by a unanimous roll call vote with Item 6.1.C. removed for separate <br />consideration. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motions - <br /> <br />A.
