COPY - <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />GRANT OF REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND CONDUITS WITH <br />COMMUNICATION LINES <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. )3gG1 of the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted latm 0� permission is <br />hereby granted to Oracle Corporation (hereinafter called "Permittee "), to <br />construct underground conduits with communication lines on dedicated or <br />granted City right -of -way within that certain real property located in Oracle ` <br />Parkway (hereinafter called "Subject Premises "), situated in the City of Redwood <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and incorporated herein <br />by this reference. <br />This permit is granted, subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />1. Permit Revocable This permit does not constitute a deed, grant of <br />easement, lease, conveyance, or transfer of any property interest and is <br />revocable without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of <br />Redwood City, effective immediately upon giving notice of such revocation to <br />Permittee. <br />2. Improvement Permittee shall maintain, keep in repair, and /or <br />reconstruct as necessary, as further provided herein, the underground conduits <br />with communication lines as constructed within the public right -of -way and <br />described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit "B." <br />Agmt -317 <br />FlshlshlRClCouncil <br />FXS:rg <br />12116199 <br />
