Brian Kmgas Foulk <br />Engineers • Surveyors • Planners <br />October 21, 1999 <br />BKF Project No. 960046 -30 <br />DESCRIPTION FOR: <br />LIMIT OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, being a portion of the right -of -way of Oracle Parkway, formerly <br />known as Centrum Plaza Drive, as the lines of said right -of -way are shown on that certain <br />map entitled "CENTRUM OFFICE PARK," filed for record on July 24, 1989 in Book <br />120 of Maps at pages 45-48, inclusive, in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, and being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 7, as said lot is shown on said map; thence <br />along the westerly line of Lot 2, as said lot is shown on said map, South 00 ° 00'00" East, <br />a distance of 33.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right; thence along said <br />curve having a radius of 542.00 feet, through a central angle of 06 ° 49'31 ", an arc length <br />of 64.56 feet; thence South 06 °49'31" West, a distance of 158.82 feet to the TRUE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said line South 06 °49'31" West, a <br />distance of 10.00 feet; thence leaving said line North 83 °10'29" West, a distance of 44.00 <br />feet to the westerly right -of -way line of said Oracle Parkway; thence along said line <br />North 06 °49'31" East, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence leaving said line South 83 °10'29" <br />East, a distance of 44.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, and containing an <br />area of 440 square feet, more or less. <br />A plat showing the above described parcel is attached hereto and made a part hereof as <br />Exhibit "B ". <br />This description was prepared by me or under my direction in conformance with the <br />requirements of the Land Surveyor's Act. <br />Ua Dated: Z z j <br />Br A Bilbo, 6141 L Expires 3/31/2002 pf CALF <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />540 Price Avenue • Redwood City, CA 94063 • (650) 482.6300 • FAX(650)482-6399 <br />
