3/27/00 <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" (form dated 03/23/00) by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Controlled <br />Environmental Services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Controlled Environmental <br />Services are hereby waived. <br />4.
