You were advised that you <br />may have to move. This notice will confirm that the property owner is making the <br />required repairs and you will have to move temporarily until the work is completed. The <br />estimated number of days for your temporary relocation is days; you <br />must temporarily relocate from your unit on date and the projected <br />date for your return is date. The following information will provide <br />instructions on how to apply for temporary relocation assistance. <br />You must contact the Housing & Redevelopment Division at 780 -7290 and arrange to <br />come into the office between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. to file a Temporary Relocation <br />Claim Form for your lodging, any required storage, and out of pocket expenses for <br />meals, etc. The Temporary relocation benefit will cover the following expenses: <br />- Payment directly to the replacement housing provider (motel /hotel) for lodging <br />- Payment directly to a storage facility if you are required to move all of your <br />belongings from the unit during the temporary relocation <br />- A payment not to exceed $25.00 per day payment for food and other out of pocket <br />expenses during the length of your temporary relocation. <br />s <br />
