0RIGI11 AL - 4/10/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13869 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000 CIVIC FACILITIES PAINTING <br />PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for Fiscal Year 1999 -2000 Civic Facilities <br />Painting Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />the FY 1999 -2000 Civic Facilities Painting Project - City of Redwood City, <br />California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
