Bolanos n h� OBIIforpla <br />Police Chief nl f8888881891 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />April 10, 2000 <br />Ms. Nancy Nobriga <br />RhodyCo Productions <br />1417 Irving Street <br />San Francisco, CA 94122 <br />Re: The San Francisco Chronicle's Tour de Peninsula <br />Dear Ms. Nobriga: <br />1301 Maple Street <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Telephone (650) 780 -7122 <br />FAX Line (650) 780 -7149 <br />The City Council on April 10, 2000, through Resolution Number XXXXX has <br />authorized me to issue this letter permitting The San Francisco Chronicle and <br />RhodyCo Productions to conduct the Tour de Peninsula bicycle ride in Redwood <br />City, subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein. <br />The permission herein is granted to The San Francisco Chronicle and RhodyCo <br />Productions (hereinafter called "Permittee ") to conduct the "Tour de Peninsula." <br />This permit is subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />Name of Event: The "Tour de Peninsula" shall be sponsored and <br />conducted by the Permittee. <br />Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />3. Non - transferability: This permit is non - transferable. <br />4. Location: The activities herein permitted shall be conducted on Brewster <br />Avenue between Sequoia High School and Alameda de las Pulgas, and <br />Alameda de las Pulgas between Brewster Avenue and the north city limits. <br />The City agrees to post "No parking" signs along Brewster Avenue in both <br />directions between Duane Street and Alameda de las Pulgas, and on both <br />sides of Alameda de las Pulgas from Brewster Avenue to Edgewood Road. <br />The signs will prohibit parking on August 6, 2000, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. <br />13871 <br />
