4/10/00 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional traffic engineering <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, Fehr & Associates, Inc., of San Jose, California, represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Traffic Study /Environmental Analysis for 500 Arguello Street' (form <br />dated 04/05/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Fehr & Associates, Inc. of San Jose, <br />California, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -858 2 <br />F:\shared \redwood \council 13872 <br />FXS:rg <br />04/05/00 <br />
