4/24/00 <br />(f) Revenues to be derived from imposition of the aforesaid fees shall <br />be used to finance the road improvements, related facilities, and <br />traffic reduction measures described in Table 1 of Exhibit "A" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; <br />(g) There is a reasonable relationship between the use of the fees <br />approved hereunder and the types of development to which said <br />fees shall apply; <br />(h) There is a reasonable relationship between the need for the public <br />facilities described in Table 2 of Exhibit "B" hereof, attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, and the type of <br />development to which the fees approved hereby shall apply; and <br />(i) The cost estimates set forth in Table 1 of Exhibit A are reasonable <br />cost estimates for constructing the facilities and providing the traffic <br />reduction measures corresponding thereto. <br />2. Traffic Impact Mitigation Projects The capital facilities and traffic <br />reduction measures to be funded by revenues derived from imposition of the <br />"Impact Fees" (as said term is defined in the Transportation Impact Fee <br />Ordinance) set forth in that certain table entitled, "Table 1 - Traffic Impact <br />Mitigation Fee Projects," of Exhibit A are hereby approved and adopted. <br />3.
