0 R I r I N A L 4/24/00 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13RR7 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF RIGHT OF ENTRY TO PENINSULA HABITAT FOR <br />HUMANITY, INC. <br />(ROLISON ROAD AND HAVEN AVENUE) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain Right of Entry entitled, "Right of Entry — Peninsula Habitat For <br />Humanity, Inc." ( "Habitat'), pursuant to which this Council grants Habitat the right <br />to enter the premises described in the Right of Entry for the purpose of grading <br />and performing other work of improvement on the premises, a copy of which <br />Right of Entry is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Right of Entry, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -669 <br />Ush/sh/RC /Council <br />FXS;rg <br />04/19/00 <br />
