EXHIBIT A <br />CFD IMPROVEMENTS <br />List of Authorized Facilities <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2000 -1 <br />(PACIFIC SHORES PROJECT) <br />The City of Redwood City Community Facilities District No. 2000 -1 (Pacific Shores <br />Project) (the "District') may include the acquisition, construction or relocation of the following <br />facilities: <br />1. Improvements and construction of additions to Seaport Boulevard, including <br />sidewalks, curbs and gutters, traffic control and signals, landscaping, street <br />lighting, paving and other similar improvements. <br />2. Improvements to the sewer system, the water system and the storm drains <br />servicing the property within the District. <br />3. Rights -of -way as are necessary for the Improvements and public access. <br />4. All grading, paving, trenching, landscaping, signage, and similar improvements <br />relating to any of the above. <br />5. All environmental mitigation and utility relocation expenses relating to any of the <br />above. <br />6. Engineering, legal, architectural and similar fees related to any of the items listed <br />above. <br />FAIN <br />
