EXHIBIT "A" <br />PROPOSED ANNEXATION <br />OF THE LANDS OF PRESTON <br />TO THE OAK KNOLL SEWER <br />MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />Being a portion of Lot 6 in Block 23 and a portion of Upland Road as said Lot, <br />Block and Road are shown on the map entitled "Oak Knoll Manor Redwood City, San <br />Mateo County, California" filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California, on May 10, 1916, in Book 10 of maps at pages 4 toll and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of said Lot 6 and the southerly line <br />of said Upland Road said point also being the northeasterly corner of the parcel of land <br />described in the deed recorded in San Mateo County Recorder's file 91999 - 194345, said <br />point also being a point in the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District boundary as <br />established by Resolution #48369 passed and adopted on September 2, 1986; Thence from <br />said Point of Beginning South 5 39' 30" West along said easterly line of said Lot and <br />easterly line of said parcel and continuing along said district boundaries 171.69 feet to a <br />point in northeasterly line of City and County of San Francisco Retch Hetchy right of way <br />and southeasterly corner of said parcel; Thence leaving said district boundary and <br />continuing North 80 21' 20" West along said northeasterly of said Retch Hetchy right of <br />way and the southerly line of said parcel 223.13 feet to the southwesterly corner of said <br />parcel and an angle point to the Oak Knoll Sewer District Boundaries as established by <br />Resolution No. 12190 passed and adopted on September 10,1957; Thence North 37 18' <br />East along said district boundary and along the northwesterly line of said parcel and its <br />northeasterly prolongation 215 feet more or less to a point in the northerly line of Upland <br />Road as shown on said map; Thence leaving said District boundaries easterly along said <br />northerly line, 115 more or less to the intersection thereof with the northwesterly <br />prolongation of the easterly line of said parcel (1999 - 194345) and an angle point in said <br />district boundary (Res. #48369); Thence leaving said northerly line, South 5 39' 30" West <br />along said prolongation and district boundary 40 feet more or less to a point in said <br />southerly line of Oak Knoll Drive and the Point of Beginning <br />Containing .69 acres more or less <br />13901 <br />Rev.
