1. This Council hereby authorizes its withdrawal of its membership from <br />the Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the ITSMA. <br />2. This Council hereby authorizes the transfer of any remaining assets of <br />the ITSMA, all of which are of nominal value, to the Peninsula Traffic Congestion <br />Relief Alliance. <br />3. This Council hereby authorizes its membership and participation in the <br />Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance; and <br />4. That certain agreement entitled, "Joint Powers Agreement Establishing <br />the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance ", is hereby approved, and the <br />Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of City. <br />13902 <br />Reso-886 2 <br />F:\sh\sh \redwood \Council <br />DES:djk <br />05/03/00 <br />
