KIWANIS CLUB AND <br />REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS -OF -WAY IN <br />CONNECTION THEREWITH <br />(CARNIVAL) <br />5/22/00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain letter permit issued to the Woodside Terrace A.M. Kiwanis <br />Club for the use of certain public rights -of -way in connection with the Woodside <br />Terrace A.M. Kiwanis Club Carnival beginning with set -up on Friday, June 30, <br />2000, 6:00 p.m., through site clearance on Wednesday, July 5, 2000, 5:00 a.m., <br />in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein is hereby approved, the regulation of the public rights -of -way <br />described therein is hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, <br />and the Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br />Reso -891 1 <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />DES:djk <br />05116100 <br />
