(a) The City Manager's and Engineer's Reports above-described are <br />hereby approved, subject to such amendment or modification thereto as may <br />occur by reason of the election and the protest hearing hereinafter ordered. <br />(b) The formation of the District, having been established prior to the <br />enactment of Proposition 218, is hereby ratified and shall continue as an existing <br />maintenance assessment district under the Ordinance. <br />(c) A property owners election is hereby called upon the question of <br />approval of the levy of assessments for fiscal years July 1, 2000 - June 30, 2001, <br />and continuing through fiscal year July 1, 2004 — June 30, 2005, subject to a <br />maximum cumulative assessment equal to the sum total of the projected budgets <br />for such 5 -year period and a maximum annual assessment equal to the year with <br />the largest projected budget, without further property owners election during <br />such 5 -year period; ballots for which election shall be mailed or submitted to the <br />City Clerk on or before the time and date of the public hearing upon the <br />proposed assessments hereinafter set forth. <br />(d) The Notice of Proposed Assessment and Property Owner Ballot to be <br />mailed to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of <br />Exhibit "C", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br />hereby approved. <br />(f) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed <br />to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit <br />"D", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br />Reso sal 5 <br />FXS d1k <br />F Shared/Redwood/Counal 13904 <br />05/08100 <br />
