RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF ONE MAPLE STREET SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; ABANDONING AND VACATING A PORTION OF FRANKLIN STREET; ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE MAPLE STREET, FRANKLIN STREET AND EASEMENTS; AND ELIMINATING PHYSICAL ACCESS FROM LATHROP STREET TO MAPLE STREET.

maintenance work, in the amount of Two Hundred Ten Thousand <br />and No /100 Dollars ($210,000.00). Said bond or deposit shall be <br />effective for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of the <br />improvements by City's Council. <br />d. Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br />shall deposit Sixty -four Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and No /100 <br />Dollars ($64,350.00) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, <br />laboratory and field testing, and all other applicable fees and <br />charges. Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of <br />its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and <br />agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees <br />to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided <br />by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br />e. Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and <br />policies of public liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the above - described Agreement. <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Improvement of One Maple <br />Street Subdivision" and "Plans for the Improvement of Intersection of Maple Street <br />_- - - — - <br />and EI Camino Franklin Street Phase N% and City's revised specifications entitled <br />"Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City ", adopted January 5, 1998, <br />which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer are <br />hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br />the above mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br />3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and <br />Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement One Maple Street Subdivision ", (form <br />Reso -896 3 <br />F: Shared /Redwood /Cou nci I <br />AK:dJk <br />05122/00 5/31/OOR <br />13907 <br />
