Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after billing by the City Collector. e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above - described Agreement. 2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for Pacific Shores Center", and those certain specifications entitled "Supplemental Specifications for Civil /Landscape /Irrigation Improvements ", as well as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City ", adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed. 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement Pacific Shores Center", (form dated 06/06/00), a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. -3- 13920 SH/RWC /Council RESO.906.doc FXS /fs
