8/14/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13960 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR COST SHARING FOR <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />ASSOCIATED WITH THE RALSTON /ROUTE 101 INTERCHANGE <br />AND ISLAND PARK DIRECT ACCESS PROJECT FINAL DESIGN <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the City of Belmont for Cost Allocation for the Ralston /Route <br />101 Interchange and Island Park Direct Access Project Final Design" (the <br />"Agreement'), between the City of Redwood City and the City of Belmont, a copy <br />of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -964 <br />sh /mc /council /reso <br />FXS:djk <br />08/02/00 <br />
