Construction are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br />according to which the above - mentioned Improvements shall be constructed. <br />4. This Council does hereby approve of the summary vacating, and does <br />hereby summarily vacate portions of the non - access restriction along the right of <br />way lines of Twin Dolphin Drive and of Redwood Shores Parkway as depicted <br />upon the plans hereinabove referenced. <br />5.
