ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13973 <br />_ 8/14/00 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />RED MORTON PARK/VALOTA ROAD RESTROOM <br />REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for Red Morton Park/Valota Road <br />Restroom Replacement Project in the City of Redwood City, California, have <br />been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Red Morton Park/Valota Road Restroom Replacement Project - City of Redwood <br />City, California ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
