No /100 Dollars ($327,910.00), and said bidder is hereby found and declared to <br />be the lowest responsible bidder for said work. <br />2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement' (form dated 08/21/00) by <br />and between the City of Redwood City a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and West Coast Arborists, Inc., providing for the aforesaid services, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br />3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of West Coast <br />Arborists, Inc., are hereby waived. <br />4.
