12/11/00 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14101 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGINEERING AND DESIGN SERVICES <br />(KENNEDY /JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a feasibility study of the <br />Broadway Water Storage Tank and Booster Pump Station in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project "); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering and design services; and <br />WHEREAS, Kennedy /Jenks Consultants of Palo Alto, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Consulting <br />Engineering and Design Services" (form dated 11/06/00), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />Kennedy /Jenks Consultants for the performance of the above - mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />Reso -1030 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />F: /Shared /R edwood/Councll <br />11/06/00 <br />
